Most of the photos below were taken in Albi! We got there in the afternoon, on our way back form Toulouse to Couiza! I wish we had more time to spend there, as I thought it was one of the most beautiful places I had ever seen. I especially loved the Gothic cathedral of Saint Cecile (which I later found out it is the world's largest brick cathedral, and part of UNESCO world heritage). Unfortunately, we weren't able to visit it, but it look pretty spectacular on the outside. It made me wonder what other timeless treasures does Southern France hide?!? I can't wait to discover them one day!
It's safe to say I miss those summer days!
Have a wonderful weekend!
